  4. Kitchen measures (optional): what one piece, cup, slice or tablespoon of it weighs, so meals can use "2 pieces" or "½ cup" instead of grams. Strenla's own ingredients come with the ones that suit them: a piece for what comes in pieces (1 piece = one egg, one banana), slices for bread, spoons for oils, ghee, honey, sauces, seeds and flours, cups for rice, vegetables and fruit, ml for milk. Add, change or remove any. They're estimates: change what one weighs and meals using it follow (still 2 pieces).
  5. Rounds to under each measure says how it rounds when a meal plan makes the meal bigger or smaller: Whole, Halves, Thirds, Quarters, Fifths, Tenths, Nearest 5, 10 or 25 (for ml), or Any amount (exactly the portion: ×1.3 makes 1.3). Every measure starts with what suits it (eggs and chillies whole, slices in halves, tsp and cups in quarters, tbsp in halves, ml to the nearest 10); change it any time.
