Recipes
Recipes from your ingredients in grams; calories and macros add up as you type.
Make a recipe
- Food → Recipes → New. Its name is at the top: tap it to change it. Its calories, protein, carbs and fat show under the name as you go.
- Tap the ingredient box to choose one, then how much: a number (2, ½, 1/2, 1 1/2) and, in the box beside it, the measure (g, egg, cup, tbsp…). The grams it comes to show next to it. Missing a measure? + Add a measure… in that list asks what one weighs. Add an ingredient for the next one.
- Optionally write How to make it.
- Strenla's ready-made meals, and the ones the planners make, come in kitchen measures where they fit ("3 eggs", "1 tsp oil", "¾ cup oats"), with grams for the rest.
- It saves as you go, once it has a name and an ingredient with its grams. Use it in any meal plan.
Swap an ingredient
Don't have something? Tap ⋯ on its line → Swap for a similar one. You see up to six of your ingredients with as much protein or more for the same calories, the most protein first, each at the grams that keep the calories the same. They're the same kind of food (no groundnut oil: mustard, olive or coconut oil; no rice: other grains). Tap one to swap it in.
Remove an ingredient with ⋯ → Remove; share or delete the recipe with ⋯ at the top. Changing a recipe updates every plan that uses it.
