Strenla plans your training one exercise at a time. For each exercise you give it two things: a set you can do today (say 60 kg × 10) and a goal (80 kg × 10). It works out every session in between, rising at a steady pace.

After each session you log what you actually did. Strenla re-plans the rest from your real performance: beat the plan and you reach the goal sooner; have an off day and it gives you more room. The goal never changes, only the route.

Your first ten minutes

  1. Create an exercise. Train → Exercises → New exercise. Enter today's set and your goal, tap Build my plan, name it and save. Create an exercise →
  2. Put it in a routine. Train → Routines. Your routine is your repeating training week (Push, Pull, Legs…). Routines →
  3. Train. Open Today and tap Focus mode. Do each set, tap Set done, rest, repeat. Focus mode →
  4. Optional extras: a meal plan in Food, a bodyweight measurement, tasks, friends and a coach.
Tip. Stuck on a page? Tap ? at the top (Help in the side menu on a computer) for that page's tutorial. Can't find something? Tap the search button and type it; Help topics show up too.

A message in the way (“Saved”, “Task done”)? Swipe it sideways or up and it’s gone.
