Food
Food today
Today's meals from your active meal plan; tick each off with Done.
Step by step
- Open Food. You see today's calories so far and the day's meals from your active meal plan.
- Tap Done on a meal when you've had it. The bar fills up, and Eaten shows the calories, protein, carbs and fat of the meals you've ticked off so far, next to what's planned for the day. Open a meal to see its ingredients and recipe.
- Fancy something else? Tap Swap on the meal. Pick another of your meals with as much protein or more for the same calories (at the portion that gives them; the most protein comes first), or swap one ingredient (say mustard oil for groundnut oil). The new meal takes its place in your meal plan, ready to tick off like any other; Undo in the message puts the old one back.
- Didn't have a meal? Tap Skip. It counts as dealt with, so you can still move on to the next day, but nothing from it is added to Eaten.
- Had something you didn't plan? Tap Add a meal you didn't plan under today's meals. Pick one of your meals, or type what you had with its protein, carbs and fat. It counts as eaten today; your meal plan stays as it is.
- When all meals are done, tap Go to next day. After the last day the plan starts again.
- The days of your meal plan are in a row under the title: tap one to see its meals, and Make this today to eat that day now. ⋯ → Skip this day moves on to the next. Neither ticks anything off.
- Totals are estimates from your recipes. Eaten counts the meals you ticked off and the ones you added; skipped meals don't count.
- Undo a Skip the same way as a Done. Remove an added meal with Remove on it.
- See what you've eaten day by day with Food tracker on Measurements. Food tracker →
- Going shopping or cooking ahead? Grocery list and Meal prep under Your food on Food add up the days ahead. Grocery list and meal prep →
- No meal plan yet? Make one for me builds one from food you like.
- Undo a Done straight away from the message, or later the same day from the meal.
