1. Enter the weight you want and your bar's weight. Switch Bar off to load plates without a bar (a vest, a belt, plates held): they're then one stack, not in pairs. − and + next to the weight go to the next weight down or up that you can load exactly with your plates.
  2. List the plates you have: each weight and how many of it (both sides together; − and + change it by one). + Add plate adds another weight; ✕ takes one off. The list keeps itself heaviest first. Reset plates goes back to a standard set.
  3. You see the plates for each side, from the middle out, drawn on the bar in your accent colour (heavier plates darker and taller). It's your target exactly when your plates allow, otherwise the closest they can make, and always with as few plates as possible.

Plates go on in pairs, one on each side, so an odd one out isn't used. Your bar and plates are remembered on this device. Works without an account.

In Focus mode, Plates on a set shows how to load its weight with the bar and plates you set here. Switch Bar off there for an exercise you do without a bar: the plates are then one stack (not in pairs), remembered for that exercise.
