Food tracker
What you ate each day, a week at a time, like a screen-time chart.
The tracker shows what you've eaten day by day: every meal you ticked off on Food, and every meal you added that you didn't plan. Skipped meals are listed but add nothing.
Step by step
- On Measurements, tap Food tracker.
- Pick what to show: Calories, Protein, Carbs or Fat.
- Each bar is one day of the week, Monday to Sunday. The big number is your daily average over the days you logged something, compared with the week before. The dashed line marks the average.
- Tap a bar to see that day: what you ate, when, and how much it added.
- Use the arrows to look at earlier weeks.
- A meal counts on the day you ticked it off.
- Each meal keeps what it was worth when you ticked it, so changing a recipe later doesn't change your history.
