Glossary
Every term in Strenla, explained in one line.
- 1RM (one-rep max)
- The heaviest weight you could lift once. Strenla estimates it from any set, so sets with different reps can be compared.
- Session
- One workout of an exercise: its planned sets for that day.
- Progress %
- How far your estimated 1RM (or time) has moved from the start toward the goal.
- Pace
- How much better each session aims to be, as a percentage. A faster pace means fewer sessions.
- Top set ★
- Your main set, the one progress is measured on.
- Next set effort
- How hard each set is compared with the one before, as a percentage.
- Est. time for the goal amount
- For Speed exercises: what an attempt is worth over your goal amount, so attempts with different amounts can be compared.
- Cycle
- One full pass through a routine or meal plan. After the last day, the next cycle starts at day 1.
- Warm-up set
- A lighter set before your first working set. Never saved.
